My son Brandon started training in October. He is now preparing to test for his yellow belt. The classes have done a world of good for him in school. His teachers have noticed a considerable improvement since he started at the academy. He absolutely is having a blast with everyone. Thank you for helping him "break out of his shell"

Hi Joe, I just wanted to thank you for the excellent seminar with Grand Master Planas this past weekend. 8.9.08 Your school facilities are first rate. Having a place to train where all the participants are mostly Parker-Planas trained and ready to do battle is all anyone can ask for. I especially appreciate that your school is the ONLY school anywhere in the world where the senior-most Grand Master of the Kenpo system Richard "Huk" Planas teaches the entire Kenpo curriculum from top to bottom to any willing student. You are indeed a very special man to have been granted the honor of hosting the complete Parker Kenpo curriculum by such an esteemed person as Grand Master Planas. I hope this honor is solely yours forever. Sincerely, Larry Splain Mount Vernon, Ohio

Mr. Doyle,
Today is the day after your Ohio Instructors College (OIC) September 2008 event. I am once again impressed with your abilities as an Instructor. This time around we had 2 new memebers with which to work with. Your time was split between getting them started and continuing to advance Mr. Tisdale, the others and myself. You didn't miss a beat. All members in attendance came away with complete satisfaction. I know this because I transported or spoke with everyone afterwards. Knowing these people well, I would know if they were dissatisfied in any way and I can assure you (and anyone who reads this) that your instruction was and is the best we have seen from anyone in a long, long time. (Excluding GM Planas; of course)
For those of you who do not yet understand; the Ohio Instructors College organization is sponsored by Mr. Doyle and is supported by his facilities in Mentor, Ohio. All Kenpoist can be a part of the organization. It makes no difference your rank or school affiliation. You are welcome to join us in bettering your understanding of our Kenpo Art. The only qualification you must accept is that Grand Master Richard "Huk" Planas is the martial art leader of our society. Therefore, you are expected to participate as often as you can with the 4 seminars held at Mr. Doyles Academy each year for GM Planas training. That is it.
Mr. Doyle has been in personal training with GM Planas for over 10 years. Mr. Doyles Academy is the only place anywhere in the world where GM Planas teaches the entire Parker - Planas Kenpo system from White to Black. Mr. Doyle has learned his lessons very well.
As a member of the OIC you will have the opportunity of learn directly from Mr. Doyle the ins and outs of Ameican Kenpo as GM Planas wants it taugth. Once a month Mr. Doyle stages a review seminar. From this review the student gets a very good idea of what American Kenpo is and what it is not. Then when GM Planas returns on a quarterly basis, you can be fined tuned directly from the Master of our system.
For those of you reading this; I ask you to please join us and help us continue bettering our Art. Contact Mr. Doyle and find out more about what the OIC is and how it can help you achieve your dreams of becoming a master Kenpoist in your own right.
In closing, let me say once again to you Mr. Doyle; you did a very nice job of teaching. I learned a great deal from you yesterday and I had a great time with all our Parker-Planas Kenpo brothers.
Sincerely,
Larry Splain

November 2d is fast approaching for our next OIC training session. I am asking all of you who read this to please start attending the training sessions with Mr. Doyle. These training sessions amount to private lessons from one of the great trainers in our Parker-Planas Kenpo system. If your serious about wanting to know how to defend yourself. Come see us at the OIC training session this November 2. Contact Mr. Doyle for details.
Sincerely,
Larry Splain
