Getting Started

We make getting started easy and fun. Just call or use our appointments page to set up an appointment for our Karate program or our Aerobic kickboxing program. We start all students off with an Introductory class where they will be taught the beginner basics for either program. This allows the student to get familiar with the material and also gives the instructor a chance to meet the student and show them material outside our regular class. All students are then prepared to enter their specific training program comfortably.
